After creating a blog you need to advertise your blog in other to gain traffic and get readers as you are reading mine..One great way to do this is to submit it to as many of the social bookmarking sites as possible. You can also join social networking sites and build a profile which contains a link to your blog. Other no cost ways to generate traffic include writing free articles for article directories with a link to your blog at the end, and creating signatures at the end of any posts you make to internet forums, and also in all the emails you send out. When you really start thinking about it, you don’t actually need to spend anything to generate plenty of traffic.

Now after creating a blog and generating traffic All we need to do now is monetize the blog itself. You’ll want to generate some money from all the visitors you’ll start getting, and there are plenty of ways to do this easily.

Google Adsense is probably the most well known method – you can join the program for free and display contextual ads that your visitors will be interested in to maximise your click through rate. There are also PAY PER CLICK WEBSITES..

There are also a handful of websites which give you the opportunity to get paid for each blog post you make on a specific subject. Pay Per Post and Review Me are two such examples, and they will pay you a certain amount of money to review a product or website for the owner. In a similar vein you can also review and recommend other people’s products through affiliate links inserted into your blog posts, and earn money on commissions earned through any purchases people make.

And once you’re more established you can offer ad space on your blog too as you can see in my blog, and charge a fee for both classified and display ads if you wish. What could be better than setting your own price?

But there is one final step you can take with your blog if you enjoy a change of scene every now and again. You can sell your blog! Once it is established and has plenty of revenue and traffic, you can usually sell it for ten times its monthly revenue...

And then, you can start all over again with a whole new subject!

So that’s it – profitable blogging in a nutshell. If you have any questions feel free to leave your comments in the form below. And once you’ve done that, get out there and get started building your first blog today.

How To Make Money Using Blogger

How To Open A Blog

Setting up a Blog  is very simple so far as you follow the steps which i will give you below....

What is a blog?

A blog is like an freshloaded. There is usually a single page of entries that comprise the main page. Although older posts are archived, it's different than a regular web site because of the frequent updates, personal tone, and chronological archiving. ...

Programs where You Can Create Your blogs:

There are many programs you can use to create your blog. Among them:

How long does it take to set up a blog?

Not long, maybe 5-10 minutes. You could spend more time deciding on a name for your blog than on actually setting it up from scratch. (Which is one of the reasons why there's a Quick Start Planning Guide to get you thinking about your blog.

Getting Started:

Figure out what you will call your blog and how you want the address to read. Try to avoid numbers,
hyphens, underscores or names that are too long -- usability studies show those tend to be
difficult for people to remember.

Quick Start Planning Guide:

- What do you want to call your blog?

- What description would you like to appear at the top?

- What do you want your URL to be? You'll have to check availability, but have several ideas ready. Your URL (with the free blogger tool) will be something like:

-    http://www.freshloaded.blogspot.com where "your page" is the name of your choice.

Note that there can't be any spaces in between words -- they have to be separated by a hyphen or underscore. Usability studies show that characters in a name are hard to remember so if you can avoid URLs with too many syllables, that would be best.

1. Visit www.blogger.com

2. Click on "Create your blog now"
3. You'll need an email address to create a Google account, if you don't have one.
Any gmail address will do. If you already have a gmail address, then you already have a Google account and can just sign in.)
4. Name your blog: I always advice you choose a name people wont forget easily and it shouldn't be too long..

5. Choose a template -- scroll down to see all the examples:

6. Your blog has been created!!!!! You can start posting right away.

7. PostingThe posting screen has options to add pictures, video, links, change text color & font. If you publish the post,it will go live right away. If you're not ready, you can save it for later (it will not go live until you click the "publish" button).

8. Adjust Blog Settings: You'll want to adjust your settings for the blog right away so you specify how comments are handled, pages archived, etc.

The default for most items is ok, Except for the "comments" tab -- choose the option to have comments moderated. This means no comment can appear live without your approval first. I recommend this because some unethical companies have robots that troll the web looking for vulnerable blogs to post to and you don't need your blog littered with comments consisting only of porn links. It's good to go through each item and make sure it's set the way you want. At the bottom of each page, you'll have to click on "accept changes" before moving on to the next tab.

9. You can also edit the template, either now or later or as many times as you'd like:

A 10-year-old boy has been
hospitalized in a serious
condition to Kamwenge
Health Centre, Southwest Uganda, after a
Kibale National Park chimpanzee bit off his
buttocks, the media reported on
Wednesday.
The boy identified as Paddy Ankunda, was
attacked by the chimpanzee on Saturday, June
1, as he was walking along the forest in Kibale
National Park in the afternoon with a friend
identified as Amos Tukundane, 13.
According to his friend, who escaped, the
chimpanzee attacked him from behind as he
was moving from his home in Kahungye Parish
and when he tried to escape, it over powered
him and grabbed him before eating off his
buttocks.

taking care of him in the hospital, said that
she was shocked when she heard that her only
son had been eaten by the chimpanzee.

"At first, I thought that he had died, but when
I reached the health centre where he had been
admitted, I realised that he had lost all the
buttocks," Ms. Katusiime told newsmen.
She appealed to the government to take
measures to guard people living near the
protected areas from the animals.
"We have a very big challenge here as
neighbours to the protected area because the
animals attack us," Ms. Katusiime said.

He was sentenced to 12 months imprisonment
without an option of fine at Ejigbo Magistrates'
Court Lagos on a three-count charge for
felony, beaking and entering and stealing
under the Criminal Code.
He was jailed after he pleaded guilty before
the presiding Magistrate, Mr P. E. Nwaka and
admitted that he broke a box containing the

the church congregation were dropping money
in the offering box.
After the church prayed and delivered him, a

the night at the church premises.
The matter was reported at Igando police
division and he was arrested and taken to the
station where he confessed.
When he was arraigned in court, he also
confessed and said that he incurred debts in a
hotel where they drank and they were thinking
how to off set the debts before he suggested
to his friends.
In his statement in the court, Abiodun said he
was introduced to the church by his mom for
prayers and deliverance and after the prayer,
he returned home and went out with his
friends to drink in a hotel.
He said the money they had could not pay
their bills and he suggested to his friends
about going to the church to steal the money.
Abiodun said his friends bought the idea and
they went and broke into the church through
the window and went straight to the offering
box and broke it and took away the money.

inside the church except the money which he
said belong to God.

Breaking news! Kwara state commissioner of police shot dead.

Tragedy struck in Enugu yesterday when the kwara state commissioner of Police Mr Chinwike Asadu was shot dead by unknown gunmen.

His police orderly, Aloha Olaniyi and Driver, Oliver Omeh, who were with him at the time of the incident sustained serious bullet wounds  and are said to be lying critically at the National Orthopaedic Hospital, Enugu.

The incident occurred at Amorji Nike, near the densely populated Abakpa  Nike area in Enugu East local government area within the state capital at about 10 pm.

The Police Commissioner, who reportedly visited his home in Enugu at the weekend, was driving into his private residence when the assailants who  may have laid an ambush around his residence attacked him and his aides about 100 metres away from his house.
CP Asadu, according to sources, had a visitor whom he escorted along with his driver and a police orderly posted to guard his residence from Abakpa Police Division, leaving behind the official escort team that came with him from Kwara State Police Command.

They were returning to the house after dropping the visitor when they suddenly noticed a bus trailing them behind as they branched into his street only for the gunmen to start firing at the vehicle from the rear.

The gunmen were said to have shot sporadically killing the CP and wounding the two policemen but before they escaped, they reportedly took away the rifle of the orderly whose body was riddled with bullets.

Does Enugu State Governor Discriminates Against Yoruba In Enugu?

Yoruba community in Enugu State has cried out over what it described as total neglect and marginalisation by the present Enugu State government led by Sullivan Chime.

The aggrieved members of Yoruba community, who made their feelings public through their leader, Mr. Ade Johnson Adeyelu, regretted that the group which was formed in 1990 and registered under then Anambra State Government had never before now experienced marginalisation in the state.
Adeyelu said that his people voted for state government during the last general election and wondered why Chime’s government has since inception not cared for their welfare.

His words: “We have passed through series of military governors and military administrators down the line to the civilian governors.
“Over these years, we have enjoyed some sort of patronage from the government, patronage in the sense that some Yorubas then were given the opportunity to be members of the Muslim Welfare Board. As a result of that they were given one or two slots to participate in Hajj Operations in Medina. From that 1990, down to when Chimaroke became governor, we still enjoyed the slots that were given to the Yoruba community in Enugu.
“There is no doubt we are facing a lot of problems in this state. We have not benefited anything from the present administration in Enugu State. We as a community we have participated in almost all the activities of the state. The last straw that broke the camel’s back was the present Hajj operation, which we recommended people to participate. But up till now, there is no single Yoruba man that belongs to the Yoruba community that was given any slot to participate in the Hajj operation.”

Adeyelu recalled that since governor Chime came on board, he had written about five letters seeking for audience with him, to let his government know the problems of the Yoruba community but unfortunately none of the letters was replied.
He also expressed disappointment that Chime does not care and had not asked leaders of non-indigenes in his state the problems their various groups are facing in the state, just as he regretted that the immediate past administration cancelled the allocation of land given to the Yoruba community to build its secretariat by the former military governor of the state, Navy Captain Mike Agbaje.

The secretariat, he said, would have served as a centre where the Yoruba cultural heritage would have been sold to the people, adding that all the promises of re-allocation of another land to the community made by the past administration, did not yield fruitful dividend until its tenure expired in 2007.
Besides, Adeyelu advised all members of the Yoruba community in the state to remain calm, law abiding and loyal not only to their host state but to the Federal Government as there is still hope for a better tomorrow for them.

Welcome To Ubang, Community Where Women Cant Speak Same Language As Men !!!

All over the world, differences exist between man and woman only by their sexes, but in the Ubang community in Obudu Local Government Area of Cross River State the dissimilarities have transcended genital organs, as the men have different words for communication from their women counterparts.

Call it the land of impossibilities both in tourism and in all facets of life and you would not be far from the truth. To some, it might be a mystery, to others a fairy tale, because you would not believe or have imagined that a community in Nigeria, which prides itself as the only one in the world have its people speaking two separate languages, the men speak separately from the women.

The beauty of it is that the man and the woman understand each other without inviting an interpreter, but the law is, the man must not be caught speaking the same language of a woman, vice-versa.

With no concrete documentation to how it evolved, some of the residents in the Ubang community, who spoke with Channels Television, appears to be proud of their ancestral heritage which according to them is as old as the community itself and it is second to none in the world.

According to them, this tradition, which they cannot challenge or change, forbids women from speaking the same language used by the male counterparts, is like a law which the people must obey at all costs.

In other words, in a home, the husband must speak a different language from the wife, while a man must find a way to communicate with his daughter and vice versa.

The Village head of the community, Joseph Aleinyang said in spite of the language dissimilarities amongst his kindred’s Ubang since its inception has remained one of the most peaceful in the state, promoting communal living and are also the food basket of the state in terms of cocoa and other agricultural produce, but has remained in abject poverty due to its bad road network to transport its produce for better sales to the outer communities.

There is also a major challenge of employment among its youths, lack of access to portable drinking water as the only source of water supply to the entire community is a stream which requires long distance to access most especially, during the dry season.

There is still more mysteries that lies in the domain of the Ubang community which needs to be harnessed, one of the Ubang Mountains called Okwe Asirikwe, a gigantic rock bearing a supernatural foot print, which no one has been able to unravel the source, no human being living or dead had the size of the foot print, which makes residents believe that it was the foot print of God.
